Introducing the “Whiskey Alembic 400 liters PROFESSIONAL,” a high-quality and high-performance product designed for distilling gin, whisky, or rum.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This 400 liters PROFESSIONAL whisky alembic is made of 2.5 mm copper sheet, hammered and with bright brass handles and nuts. The joints are welded to ensure durability.<\/p>\n

This alembic offers a total capacity of 450 liters and a useful capacity of 400 liters. The distillation time ranges from 6 to 8 hours. The expected yield is 10-15% of the useful capacity, which is equivalent to distilling 40-60 liters per cycle. These performance data are based on a 10\u00b0 alcohol ferment.<\/p>\n

The alembic includes several accessories to facilitate its use and control.<\/p>\n

It has 2 large thermometers 0-120\u00ba<\/strong> installed, one on the helmet to control the temperature of the transit gases, and another on the condenser to control the temperature of the cooler.<\/p>\n
