Introducing the exclusive “Distillery 250 liters STEAM” model, made with high-quality materials and equipped with all necessary accessories.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This product can be customized according to our customers’ needs, as long as the requests are made before the start of production.<\/p>\n

The distillery is built with 2.5mm copper sheet, hammered and with shiny brass handles and nuts, ensuring its durability. Additionally, the joints are welded to ensure its strength.<\/p>\n

Regarding its capacities and performances, this distillery has a total capacity of 280 liters and a useful capacity of 250 liters. The distillation time is 5-6 hours and its yield is 10-15% of the useful capacity, which is equivalent to 25-40 liters per distillation. These performance data are based on a 10\u00b0 alcoholic ferment.<\/p>\n

This model includes a series of features that make it even more complete.<\/p>\n

It features a vertical thermometer 0-120\u00ba<\/strong> installed in the boiler to control the temperature of the must, as well as 2 additional thermometers 0-120\u00ba<\/strong> installed in the head and in the condenser to control the temperature of the transit gases and the cooler respectively.<\/p>\n

It also includes a safety valve<\/strong> in the boiler to prevent excess pressure, and a manometer<\/strong> to monitor internal pressure.<\/p>\n

To facilitate cleaning, the distillery has an automatic cleaning system<\/strong> in the boiler and the helmet.<\/p>\n

In addition, stainless steel sight glasses<\/strong> have been installed in the boiler and the head to observe the distillation process inside.<\/p>\n

A discharge tube with valve in stainless steel or brass of 2.5″<\/strong> has also been incorporated in the boiler to discharge the excess product.<\/p>\n

The brass unions<\/strong> between the boiler and the helmet ensure a perfect seal.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, a access door in the boiler<\/strong> made of stainless steel has been included, which facilitates access to the interior for cleaning and maintenance.<\/p>\n

The tubular condenser<\/strong> of this distillery is high-performance, which allows to reduce distillation time and have better control of the cooling process.<\/p>\n

An alcoholmeter with thermometer 0-100\u00ba<\/strong> has also been included to determine the alcohol content of the distillation, as well as a support with tempered glass dome<\/strong> to facilitate its use.<\/p>\n

To ensure the stability of the distillery, iron<\/strong> supports<\/strong> are included for both the boiler and the condenser.<\/p>\n

In addition, a coil has been installed inside the boiler<\/strong> to connect it to a steam boiler, including the necessary connection valves.<\/p>\n
