Introducing the “Whisky Distillery 250 liters GAS” model, an exceptional option with high-quality features and a unique design in the market.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This product is made with premium materials and comes with all the necessary accessories. Additionally, we offer the possibility of making modifications according to our customers’ preferences, as long as they are requested before starting the manufacturing process.<\/p>\n

The distillery is built with 2.5 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish that gives it an elegant look. The handles and nuts are made of shiny brass, and the joints are welded to ensure durability.<\/p>\n

Regarding capacities and yields, this distillery has a total capacity of 280 liters and a useful capacity of 250 liters. The distillation time is approximately 5-6 hours, and the yield is 10-15% of the useful capacity, which is equivalent to 25-40 liters per distillation. These data are based on a 10\u00ba alcoholic ferment.<\/p>\n

The product includes several components that facilitate its use and control.<\/p>\n

It has a vertical thermometer 0-120\u00ba<\/strong> installed in the boiler to monitor the temperature of the mash, as well as 2 additional thermometers 0-120\u00ba<\/strong> in the head and the condenser to control the temperature of the transit gases and the refrigerator, respectively.<\/p>\n

To ensure safety, the distillery is equipped with a safety valve<\/strong> in the boiler and a manometer<\/strong> to control internal pressure.<\/p>\n

It also has an automatic cleaning system<\/strong> in the boiler and the helmet, as well as stainless steel sight glasses<\/strong> to observe the distillation process.<\/p>\n

Other notable features include a discharge tube with a 2.5″ valve in stainless steel or brass<\/strong> in the boiler, brass unions<\/strong> between the boiler and the helmet to ensure a tight seal, a stainless steel access door<\/strong> to facilitate access to the interior of the boiler, and a high-performance tubular condenser<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In addition, the product includes an alcoholmeter with a thermometer<\/strong> to measure the alcohol content of the distillation, a support for the alcoholmeter with a tempered glass dome<\/strong>, and a professional TT-60 gas burner<\/strong> compatible with butane, propane, or natural gas.<\/p>\n
