This product has been carefully crafted with high-quality materials and comes with a wide range of available accessories. Additionally, its unique design in the world makes it an exclusive option.<\/p>\n

It is important to highlight that we are open to making modifications according to our customers’ requests, as long as they are made before the manufacturing process begins.<\/p>\n

This model has been built with 2.5mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish that gives it an elegant look. The handles and nuts are made of shiny brass, and the welded joints ensure greater durability.<\/p>\n

Regarding its capacities and performances, this distillery has a total capacity of 550 liters and a useful capacity of 500 liters. The distillation time ranges from 6 to 8 hours, and the yield is between 10% and 15% of the useful capacity. This translates to a yield of 50 to 75 liters per distillation, considering a 10\u00ba alcohol fermentation.<\/p>\n

Among the included accessories, we highlight the presence of a vertical thermometer 0-120\u00ba<\/strong> in the boiler to control the temperature of the must, as well as 2 additional thermometers 0-120\u00ba<\/strong> installed in the head and the condenser to monitor the temperatures of the transit gases and the cooler respectively.<\/p>\n

It also features a safety valve<\/strong> in the boiler to prevent excess pressure, a manometer<\/strong> to control internal pressure, and an automatic cleaning system<\/strong> in the boiler and the helmet to facilitate cleaning.<\/p>\n

In addition, it has stainless steel sight glasses<\/strong> in the boiler and the head to observe the distillation process inside.<\/p>\n

The discharge tube with a 2.5″ stainless steel or brass valve<\/strong> allows for efficient removal of the excess product.<\/p>\n

The brass unions<\/strong> between the boiler and the helmet guarantee a secure seal.<\/p>\n

To facilitate access to the interior of the boiler, a stainless steel access door<\/strong> has been incorporated.<\/p>\n

The high-performance tubular condenser<\/strong> reduces distillation time and offers greater control of the cooling process.<\/p>\n

In addition, it includes a 0-100\u00ba alcoholmeter with thermometer<\/strong> to determine the alcohol content of the distillation, as well as a support for the alcoholmeter with a tempered glass dome<\/strong> to facilitate its use.<\/p>\n

The distillery also comes equipped with a professional TT-70 gas burner<\/strong> for butane, propane, or natural gas, according to the customer’s preferences.<\/p>\n

The iron supports<\/strong> for the boiler and the condenser ensure their stability.<\/p>\n

It also includes information on the production of Galician pomace, how to make liquor at home, and over 50 homemade liqueur recipes.<\/p>\n

The manual also addresses aromatherapy, including its history, extraction forms and methods, ways of use, extraction of essential oils, types of essential oils and their properties, precautions and tips, as well as practical exercises.<\/p>\n
