Introducing the “Distillery 500 liters STEAM” model, a unique option in the market that is made with high-quality materials and is equipped with all the necessary accessories.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This product can be customized according to the preferences of our customers, as long as they are requested before the start of production.<\/p>\n

The distillery is built with 2.5 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish that gives it an elegant look. The handles and nuts are made of shiny brass, and all the joints are welded to ensure durability.<\/p>\n

As for the capacities and yields, the distillery has a total capacity of 550 liters and a useful capacity of 500 liters. The estimated distillation time is 6-8 hours, with a yield of 10-15% of the useful capacity. This translates to a yield of 50-75 liters per distillation, considering a 10% alcohol ferment.<\/p>\n

The product includes a series of features that make it even more complete.<\/p>\n

On one hand, it has a vertical thermometer 0-120\u00ba<\/strong> installed in the boiler to control the temperature of the mash.<\/p>\n

In addition, it includes 2 additional thermometers 0-120\u00ba<\/strong>, one in the head to control the temperature of the transit gases and another in the condenser to control the temperature of the cooler.<\/p>\n

To ensure safety, the distillery is equipped with a safety valve<\/strong> in the boiler to prevent excess pressure, as well as a manometer<\/strong> to control internal pressure.<\/p>\n

An automatic cleaning system<\/strong> has also been incorporated in the boiler and head, which facilitates interior cleaning.<\/p>\n

In addition, stainless steel sight glasses<\/strong> have been added to the boiler and head to observe the distillation process inside.<\/p>\n

The distillery also has a 2.5″ stainless steel or brass discharge tube with valve<\/strong> in the boiler, which allows for the discharge of excess product.<\/p>\n

The brass connections<\/strong> between the boiler and helmet ensure a tight seal.<\/p>\n

An access door<\/strong> has been incorporated in the boiler<\/strong>, made of stainless steel, which facilitates access to the interior of the boiler.<\/p>\n

The high-performance tubular condenser<\/strong> reduces distillation time and allows for greater control of the cooling process.<\/p>\n

In addition, it includes a 0-100\u00ba alcoholmeter with thermometer<\/strong> to determine the alcohol content of the distillation.<\/p>\n

To facilitate its use, a support for the alcoholmeter with a tempered glass dome<\/strong> is provided.<\/p>\n

The distillery comes with iron supports<\/strong> for the boiler and condenser, as well as a coil installed inside the boiler that allows for connection to a steam boiler. This coil includes connection valves to facilitate connection to a steam generator.<\/p>\n
