The distillery is made of 2.5 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish and shiny brass handles and nuts. All joints are welded to ensure strength and durability.<\/p>\n

This model has a total capacity of 1050 liters, with a usable capacity of 1000 liters. The distillation time is approximately 8-10 hours, with a yield of 10-15% of the usable capacity. The distillery includes various accessories to facilitate its use and control the distillation process.<\/p>\n

It features a vertical thermometer 0-120\u00ba<\/strong> installed in the boiler to monitor the temperature of the mash, as well as 2 additional 0-120\u00ba thermometers<\/strong> in the head and the condenser.<\/p>\n

It also has a safety valve<\/strong> and a manometer<\/strong> in the boiler to control internal pressure.<\/p>\n

To facilitate cleaning, the distiller is equipped with an automatic cleaning system<\/strong> in the boiler and the head.<\/p>\n

In addition, it has stainless steel sight glasses<\/strong> in the boiler and the helmet to observe the distillation process inside.<\/p>\n

It also has a discharge tube with a 2.5″ valve in stainless steel or brass<\/strong> to discard the excess product.<\/p>\n

The distillery is made with brass joints<\/strong> to ensure a perfect seal between the boiler and the head.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, it has a access door in the boiler<\/strong>, made of stainless steel, which allows access to the interior for maintenance tasks.<\/p>\n

The high-performance tubular condenser<\/strong> guarantees faster distillation time and better control of the cooling process.<\/p>\n

In addition, an alcoholmeter with thermometer<\/strong> is included to measure the alcohol content of the distillation, as well as a support for alcoholmeter with tempered glass dome<\/strong> to facilitate its use.<\/p>\n

The distillery is supplied with a professional O-90 gas burner<\/strong>, suitable for propane, or natural gas, according to the customer’s preferences.<\/p>\n

Iron supports<\/strong> for the boiler and the condenser are also included.<\/p>\n
