DJI Care Pro is an exclusive service protection that will allow you to use your DJI professional devices with peace of mind. Among other things, it includes technical support, maintenance and repairs. This allows you to focus on finding inspiration and creating better and better content without worry. It’s also possible to extend the protection – just purchase an additional annual plan (up to three times – you gain up to 4 years in total). What’s more, the official manufacturer’s warranty applies during the service period..<\/p>\n

Unlimited number of repairs<\/h3>\n

DJI Care Pro provides one year of protection for your equipment and offers unlimited repairs up to 55 000 PLN. Among other things, the service covers water damage and falls. So you can create more content with peace of mind – if an accident happens, your equipment will be in good hands thanks to DJI Care Pro<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Factory maintenance<\/h3>\n

The service also includes one factory maintenance, where parts of the device will be checked, hardware updates will be performed, and delicate components will be replaced. You will also receive an official maintenance report. So you can rest assured that your equipment is in good condition and will serve you well for a long time. As part of the annual DJI Care Pro plan, you also get a free replacement of 2 batteries<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Flyaway coverage<\/h3>\n

If a flyaway incident occurs, the DJI Care Pro service will allow you to buy a replacement\u00a0product\u00a0at a discounted price of 27 500 PLN<\/span>. Please note: replacement products purchased at the discounted price are new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Free shipping<\/h3>\n

DJI Care Pro lets you enjoy free delivery – DJI will cover the cost of shipping your equipment to and from the service centre.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    1. It is possible to link a previously purchased DJI product to the DJI Care Pro service if one of the following conditions is met:\n
        \n
      • The product is new and has not yet been activated.<\/li>\n
      • The product was activated within the last 48 hours.<\/li>\n
      • The product is a hand-held device that has been activated within the last 30 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • To ensure normal use of DJI Care Pro, the service and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n

        Possibility of Extending Protection*<\/h3>\n

        Users also have the option to extend the protection for a maximum of 3 years. To do this, simply purchase an additional yearly plan.<\/span><\/p>\n

        • If you have a yearly DJI Care Refresh plan, you can extend the protection twice by purchasing two additional yearly plans: <\/span>yearly plan + yearly plan + yearly plan<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • If you have a 2-year plan, you can extend the protection once by purchasing one yearly plan: <\/span>2-year plan + yearly plan<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Note: It’s not possible to extend protection by purchasing an additional 2-year plan.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Specific conditions must be met for protection extension:<\/span><\/p>\n

          • Purchase DJI Care Refresh in one of the following variants: yearly DJI Care Refresh plan \/ 2-year DJI Care Refresh plan \/ yearly DJI Care Refresh plan and DJI Care Refresh + \/ yearly DJI Care Refresh plan and additional yearly plan (renewal).<\/span><\/li>\n
          • The validity period of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not yet expired or expired within 15 days.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
