⚙️ Capacity and Yield
- Capacity: 100 litres.
- Yield: 10–15 % (approx. 7.5–8.75 L per distillation at ±90° ABV).
💡 The yield depends on the alcohol content of the wash: the higher the degree, the greater the result.
