Our distillery allows the option of distilling with or without the gin box, and for this, we include a transfer tube that facilitates distillation without the presence of the gin box.

The equipment is made with 2.5 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish that gives it an aesthetic and elegant appearance. In addition, it has bright brass handles and nuts, and all joints are welded to guarantee maximum quality and durability.

Regarding its capacities and performances, this distillery has a total capacity of 280 liters and a useful capacity of 250 liters. The average distillation time is 5-6 hours, and the yield ranges from 10% to 15% of the useful capacity. This translates into a yield of 25-40 liters per distillation, considering a 10º alcoholic fermentation.

The product includes a series of features and accessories that improve its functionality and facilitate its use.

Among them are a vertical thermometer 0-120º installed in the boiler to control the temperature of the must, 2 additional thermometers 0-120º installed in the head and the condenser to monitor the temperatures of the transit gases and the refrigerant respectively.

It also has a safety valve in the boiler to prevent excess pressure, a manometer to control internal pressure, and an automatic cleaning system in the boiler and the head that facilitates interior cleaning.

In addition, the distillery is equipped with stainless steel sight glasses in the boiler and the head, which allow observing the distillation process inside.

It also has a discharge tube with a 2.5″ stainless steel or brass valve in the boiler to discharge excess product, and brass unions that ensure sealing between the boiler and the head.

To facilitate access to the interior of the boiler, a stainless steel access door has been incorporated.

The high-performance tubular condenser is another outstanding element of this distillery, as it allows reducing distillation time and provides greater control of the cooling process.

It also includes a 0-100º alcoholmeter with thermometer to know the alcohol content of the distillation, and a support for the alcoholmeter with tempered glass dome that facilitates its use.

The equipment is completed with a professional TT-60 gas grill for butane, propane, or natural gas, according to the customer’s preference, and stainless steel supports for the boiler, the gin box, and the condenser.

In addition, an Anti-explosion agitatorr is included, which allows agitator the product to be distilled and accelerating the distillation process.

The GIN BOX features a perforated basket, allowing for flavored distillations, and a 3-way valve system, allowing for all types of distillations without the need to add or remove any components.
