Amazfit T-Rex 3 – A durable and versatile watch for active everyday life and adventures. Designed for those who want to challenge themselves and achieve more.

Bright and easy to read display
With a stunning 2,000 nits of brightness, the AMOLED display ensures that map turns and workout details stand out clearly at a glance. In night mode, the information on the screen glows bright red, green or orange, making it easier to read in dark conditions. The new mode ensures that the display is responsive to touch even when wearing gloves up to 2 mm thick.

Built for adventure
Resists 70 degrees of heat, -30 degrees of frost and up to 100 metres underwater. Designed to withstand extreme temperatures, humidity, shock and more – no weather condition will stop you on your next adventure.

Up to 3 weeks of battery life
Whether you’re heading out camping in the wilderness, hiking for several days, or on an adventure vacation, the Amazfit T-Rex 3 will power you through trips, hikes and victories. In typical use, the battery lasts 27 days, 13 days in heavy use and up to 42 hours in precise GPS mode.

Leave and follow your own path
Dual-frequency GPS ensures fast connectivity with support from six satellite systems, so you spend less time searching and more time moving in the right direction. Download free offline maps and route files, and follow on-screen or Bluetooth headset directions.

Understand the elevation differences of the surrounding terrain with topographic maps
Download maps covering numerous ski resorts around the world. Enjoy accurate guidance to ski lifts, colour-coded slopes and more, whether you’re skiing or snowboarding. With precise details on elevation data, weather warnings and environmental conditions – Amazfit T-Rex 3 has everything you need to adventure with confidence.

Train more efficiently
Train more efficiently with AI-based personal training programs that include plans for 3km, 5km, 10km, half marathon and full marathon runners. Choose from over 170 training modes, including ultra marathon and triathlon, and enjoy professional-grade data.

The watch and strap are certified for free diving up to 45 metres, and the super-bright AMOLED display keeps important information easily visible underwater. Improve your performance with real-time updates, running power analysis and post-workout summaries like VO Max, recovery time, training impact and load.

You can create your own strength training templates in the Zepp app, sync them to the watch and implement a daily training plan. The strength training mode automatically recognises 25 different exercise types and intelligently calculates reps, sets and rest periods before transferring your performance data back to the Zepp app.

Tracking your health around the clock
You get an intuitive daily assessment that summarises your mental and physical recovery, as well as insight into whether you should focus on rest or activity today. Track your heart’s response to life’s stressors with heart rate variability.

The watch measures sleep, breathing and nap quality, and you’ll get a sleep assessment every morning from the Zepp app. Monitor your heart rate, blood oxygen levels and stress levels around the clock, and get smart health alerts for abnormal values.
