How do I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer. Your order is processed as soon as the payment has arrived. Please use your order number as the payment reference.
When will my order ship?
Items in stock are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment. Made-to-order alembics and distilleries are built for you; we confirm the lead time when you order.
Do you ship to my country?
We deliver across Europe and worldwide. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Large or heavy items, such as big stills and tanks, receive an individual delivery quote.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order. See our Returns page for details.
Which still should I choose?
Tell us what you want to make (fruit brandy, gin, whisky or essential oils) and roughly how much, and we will recommend a size and model.
