You can place orders 24/7 through our website. Full payment is required before your order is processed or shipped. We accept secure online payments at checkout and wire transfers.
For your protection, we do not accept payments over the phone or via email, and we strongly advise against sharing your credit card or bank details through these channels.
Our payment system uses several factors, including billing and shipping addresses and country of origin, to prevent fraudulent purchases. Please ensure all information you provide is accurate to avoid delays in processing your order.
After your purchase is complete, orders are typically processed for shipping the next business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). For example, orders placed on Friday morning will usually ship on Monday.
Orders ship only after full payment is received and verified. For bank transfers, payment is considered received once the funds have cleared into our account.
Shipping times are estimates:
- Contiguous 48 US states and lower Canada: 7-10 business days
- EU: 6-10 business days
- Other global locations: 5-10 business days
While we strive for timely delivery, FancyAdventureFactory is not responsible for any costs due to shipping delays.
We ship all orders insured via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). You'll receive a tracking number (which may take up to 24 hours to activate) via email once the shipping label is created. Please note that once shipped, the shipping time, service, and signature requirements cannot be changed.
Although we have warehouses on four continents, your order may ship from our headquarters in Belgium. Interestingly, orders from Belgium often arrive faster due to air transport, even compared to orders from our other warehouses.
In rare cases, a purchase may require a secondary fraud review, which could take up to two business days. See our fraud protection section for more details.
We're confident you'll love your CanvasCamp product. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us within this timeframe to obtain a return authorization. If you're unable to inspect your items within 14 days, please let us know at the time of purchase. Returns and exchanges will not be processed without prior authorization.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Because of the size and weight of our tents, tipis, and stoves, shipping can be significant. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and contact us with any questions before placing your order.
Once we receive your authorized return, we'll inspect the item.
Full refunds or store credit (equal to the purchase price) will be issued for items that are:
- New and unused
- Complete with all original parts, packaging, and instructions
- Free of dirt, damage, and wear from use, storage, or transport
- Packed in the same way you received it (pegs, stakes, parts, poles, doors, and ropes in their bags; tents rolled, tied, and packed; stoves disassembled and secured)
Partial refunds or store credit (at CanvasCamp's discretion, with a $150 restocking fee) may be issued for returned items that are:
- Used
- Lightly soiled or dirty
- Improperly packed
- Returned without original packaging
- Returned 15 or more days after delivery
No refunds will be issued for returned items that are:
- Incomplete or missing parts
- Damaged in any way
- Dirty
- Lost in return transit
- Returned 30 or more days after delivery
- Returned without prior authorization
