Citric acid is dry (anhydrous), so it contains 9% more citric acid than regular monohydrate.

Main Functions:

Directions for use:

Mix 10 grams of citric acid with 100 ml of cold water until completely dissolved.

Store this solution in a clean container away from direct light.

Add a small splash of the solution to your alcoholic beverage.

Taste the beverage to see the effect, and if you need more acidity or brightness, add another splash.

Be careful not to add too much citric acid, as it can make the alcohol taste very strong and acidic, losing its original flavor.
