One still for three kinds of work: plain alcohol distillation, flavoured spirits such as gin and herbal liqueur bases, and steam distillation of plants and flowers for hydrosols and essential oils. The column above the boiler holds botanicals or plant material, and the parts are joined with stainless steel tri-clamps, so switching between setups takes minutes.
