A modular copper still with a Gin Box: a chamber with a botanical basket that sits in the vapour path between the boiler and the condenser. The rising vapour passes through juniper, citrus peel, coriander and other botanicals and carries their aroma into the distillate. This is vapour infusion, the method behind most premium gins.
Modular alembics are built from separate copper modules (boiler, head, columns, condensers) joined with stainless steel tri-clamp fittings. You start with a basic still and add parts later: a gin basket, a rectifying column or extra plates. You never have to replace the whole unit.
