A copper frying pan with two side handles. It goes from hob to oven to table and is ideal for serving tapas, eggs and gratins in the pan they were cooked in.

Care: wash by hand and dry straight away. Copper darkens naturally over time and can be brought back to a shine with a copper cleaner or lemon and salt. Do not leave acidic food standing in copper, and never heat an empty tin-lined pan. Copper does not work on induction hobs.
