A copper pot still for gin, whisky and rum, made for fermented grain mash, wort, wine and molasses washes.
Modular alembics are built from separate copper modules (boiler, head, columns, condensers) joined with stainless steel tri-clamp fittings. You start with a basic still and add parts later: a gin basket, a rectifying column or extra plates. You never have to replace the whole unit.
