Stainless Steel Alembic 50 L

A 50 L still made entirely from 1 mm AISI 304 stainless steel. It is easy to clean, needs no polishing and is a practical choice for hydrosols and aromatic distillation, where copper is not required.

Capacity and yield

• Boiler: 50 L
• Spirit distillation: about 5–7 L per run (10–15%)
• Plant distillation: up to 3 kg of plants or flowers, about 12–15 L of hydrosol

• 2 large thermometers: boiler and condenser
• Height-adjustable separation grill with legs. It keeps solids off the bottom when distilling mash and holds plants above the water for steam distillation
