Thumper for 10 L Alembics

A thumper (doubler) sits between the still and the condenser. Vapour from the boiler bubbles through liquid in the thumper, heats it and re-evaporates it, which gives you the effect of a second distillation in a single run. Put low wines, fruit or botanicals in it to add flavour.
