The whisky alembic is a copper pot still with a tall, onion-shaped helmet and a long swan neck. The extra height and copper surface give more natural reflux than a classic alembic, which suits malt and grain washes as well as gin and rum. You get a clean, rounded new-make spirit that is ready for the barrel.
The Professional version has full instrumentation for regular production in a craft distillery.
