Introducing the exclusive “500 liters MULTIFUNCTIONAL GIN BOX + AGITATOR” Distillery” product, made with high-quality materials and equipped with all the necessary accessories.

Our model stands out for its unique format in the world and offers the option to distill with or without the gin box. We also include a transfer tube for distilling without the box.

The distillery is built with 2.5 mm copper sheet, hammered, with bright brass handles and nuts, and welded joints to ensure durability.

Regarding its capacities and yields, this distillery has a total capacity of 550 liters and a useful capacity of 500 liters. The distillation time ranges from 6 to 8 hours, and the yield is 10 to 15% of the useful capacity, which is equivalent to 50-75 liters per distillation, considering a 10% alcohol ferment.

Among the included accessories, there is a vertical thermometer 0-120º installed in the boiler to control the temperature of the must, 2 additional thermometers 0-120º to control the temperature of the transit gases and the cooler.

It also has a safety valve and a manometer on the boiler, an automatic cleaning system on the boiler and the head, stainless steel sight glasses to observe the distillation process, a discharge tube with 2.5″ valve in stainless steel or brass to remove the excess product, brass unions to ensure sealing, a access door on the boiler, a high-performance tubular chiller, an alcoholmeter with thermometer, a support for the alcoholmeter with tempered glass dome, a professional TT-70 gas burner, stainless steel supports for the boiler, the gin box, and the cooler, and an Anti-explosion agitator to facilitate distillation.

The GIN BOX features a perforated basket, allowing for flavored distillations, and a 3-way valve system, allowing for all types of distillations without the need to add or remove any components.
