The distillery is made of 2.5 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish and shiny brass handles and nuts. All joints are welded to ensure strength and durability.

This model has a total capacity of 1050 liters, with a usable capacity of 1000 liters. The distillation time is approximately 8-10 hours, with a yield of 10-15% of the usable capacity. This translates to a production of 100-150 liters per distillation, considering a 10º alcoholic ferment.

The distillery includes various accessories to facilitate its use and control the distillation process.

It features a vertical thermometer 0-120º installed in the boiler to monitor the temperature of the mash, as well as 2 additional 0-120º thermometers in the head and the condenser.

It also has a safety valve and a manometer in the boiler to control internal pressure.

To facilitate cleaning, the distiller is equipped with an automatic cleaning system in the boiler and the head.

In addition, it has stainless steel sight glasses in the boiler and the helmet to observe the distillation process inside.

It also has a discharge tube with a 2.5″ valve in stainless steel or brass to discard the excess product.

The distillery is made with brass joints to ensure a perfect seal between the boiler and the head.

Furthermore, it has a access door in the boiler, made of stainless steel, which allows access to the interior for maintenance tasks.

The high-performance tubular condenser guarantees faster distillation time and better control of the cooling process.

In addition, an alcoholmeter with thermometer is included to measure the alcohol content of the distillation, as well as a support for alcoholmeter with tempered glass dome to facilitate its use.

The distillery is supplied with a professional O-90 gas burner, suitable for propane, or natural gas, according to the customer’s preferences.

Iron supports for the boiler and the condenser are also included.
