To monitor the fermentation process, a densimeter-mostimeter is included. This instrument allows you to measure the density of the liquid during fermentation, which is essential for obtaining an optimal result.

Also included is a 250 ml test tube, which you can use together with the densimeter-mostimeter.

Finally, you will have a box of 50 pH paper strips, which will allow you to control the fermentation pH accurately.
