It has a vertical thermometer 0-120º installed in the boiler to control the temperature of the must, as well as 2 thermometers 0-120º additional ones in the head and the cooler to control the temperatures of the transit gases and the cooler respectively.

To ensure safety, this distillery is equipped with a safety valve in the boiler and a manometer to control the internal pressure.

In addition, it has an automatic cleaning system in the boiler and the head, as well as stainless steel sight glasses that allow observing the distillation process inside.

Other features include a discharge tube with a 2.5″ stainless steel or brass valve, brass unions to ensure sealing between the boiler and the helmet, a stainless steel access door to facilitate access to the interior of the boiler, a high-performance tubular cooler, and an alcoholmeter with thermometer to measure the alcoholic degree of the distillation.

In addition, it includes a support for the alcoholmeter with a tempered glass dome and a professional gas grill TT-60, which can be used with butane, propane, or natural gas according to the customer’s preferences.
