Distillery 250 liters STEAM

Introducing the exclusive “Distillery 250 liters STEAM” model, made with high-quality materials and equipped with all necessary accessories.

This product can be customized according to our customers’ needs, as long as the requests are made before the start of production.

The distillery is built with 2.5mm copper sheet, hammered and with shiny brass handles and nuts, ensuring its durability. Additionally, the joints are welded to ensure its strength.

Regarding its capacities and performances, this distillery has a total capacity of 280 liters and a useful capacity of 250 liters. The distillation time is 5-6 hours and its yield is 10-15% of the useful capacity, which is equivalent to 25-40 liters per distillation. These performance data are based on a 10° alcoholic ferment.

This model includes a series of features that make it even more complete.

It features a vertical thermometer 0-120º installed in the boiler to control the temperature of the must, as well as 2 additional thermometers 0-120º installed in the head and in the condenser to control the temperature of the transit gases and the cooler respectively.

It also includes a safety valve in the boiler to prevent excess pressure, and a manometer to monitor internal pressure.

To facilitate cleaning, the distillery has an automatic cleaning system in the boiler and the helmet.

In addition, stainless steel sight glasses have been installed in the boiler and the head to observe the distillation process inside.

A discharge tube with valve in stainless steel or brass of 2.5″ has also been incorporated in the boiler to discharge the excess product.

The brass unions between the boiler and the helmet ensure a perfect seal.

Furthermore, a access door in the boiler made of stainless steel has been included, which facilitates access to the interior for cleaning and maintenance.

The tubular condenser of this distillery is high-performance, which allows to reduce distillation time and have better control of the cooling process.

An alcoholmeter with thermometer 0-100º has also been included to determine the alcohol content of the distillation, as well as a support with tempered glass dome to facilitate its use.

To ensure the stability of the distillery, iron supports are included for both the boiler and the condenser.

In addition, a coil has been installed inside the boiler to connect it to a steam boiler, including the necessary connection valves.
