ECO advanced complete pack

Introducing the “Complete Advanced ECO Pack”, a set of versatile and high quality equipment designed for alcoholic and aromatic distillations.

This pack is ideal for experienced distillers in the production of alcohol and essential oils.

The 30 liters polyvalent alembic has a yield of 10-15% of its capacity, considering a 10° alcoholic fermentation. Each distillation produces 3 to 5 liters of product.

For aromatic distillations, the alembic has a 30 liters capacity in the boiler and can hold 800 to 2500 grams of plants or flowers in the column. The column can be emptied and reloaded when the oil in the plants or flowers is depleted, allowing for 3 to 5 distillations per charge.

Each distillation produces approximately 25 to 26 liters of hydrolate and 25 to 30 ml of pure essential oil.

Made of 1 mm copper sheet, the alembic features a hammered design with shiny brass handles and nuts, and riveted joints for maximum durability.

The pack includes several essential accessories for distillation, such as a large thermometer 0-120°C to control the temperature, a large alcoholmeter 0-100° to measure the alcohol content, a 250 ml graduated cylinder for use with the alcoholmeter, a column separation grill to prevent clogging, a boiler separation grill to prevent solid product from sticking to the bottom, a 25 cm gas grill specific to this model, and a 500 ml separating funnel with supports to separate oil from water.
