Introducing the “Whiskey Alembic 300 liters PROFESSIONAL”, a high-quality and high-performance product designed for distilling gin, whiskey, or rum.

This alembic is made of 2.5mm copper sheet with a hammered finish that gives it an elegant look. It also features bright brass handles and nuts, as well as welded joints, ensuring durability and strength.

As for its capacities and performances, this alembic has a total capacity of 330 liters and a useful capacity of 300 liters. The distillation time is approximately 5-6 hours, and its yield is 10-15% of the useful capacity, resulting in a production of 30-45 liters per distillation. These performance data are based on a 10% alcohol ferment.

This alembic includes a range of accessories that facilitate its use and control.

It has 2 large thermometers 0-120º installed, one in the head to control the temperature of the transit gases, and another in the condenser to control the temperature of the cooler.

It also has a vertical thermometer 0-120º installed in the boiler to control the temperature of the mash.

In addition, it has a manometer in the boiler to control internal pressure and an alcoholmeter with thermometer to determine the alcohol content of the distillation.

To facilitate the control of the distillation’s graduation, a support for the alcoholmeter is included.

A safety valve has also been incorporated into the boiler to prevent excess pressure, as well as brass unions between the boiler and the helmet to ensure a perfect seal.

The boiler has an access door made of stainless steel, which provides easy access to the interior.

In addition, a discharge tube in the boiler with a 2.5″ stainless steel or brass valve is included to release excess product.

As for the heat source, a professional TT-60 gas grill has been incorporated, which works with both butane, propane and natural gas, with a power of 31.17 kw.

To guarantee the stability and safety of the alembic, iron supports for the boiler and the condenser are included.
