Bentonite is a natural clarifying and stabilizing agent primarily used to remove proteins and cloudy particles from wine, beer, liquor, cider, oil, vinegar, and other products, thereby improving their clarity and protein stability.
Each sachet contains 9 grams of bentonite for 20-25 liters of product.

Bentonite is a clay that works by absorbing and binding proteins, as well as other particles and yeasts, which then settle to the bottom of the container.
It is used to clarify the color of oils, wines, and other beverages, taking advantage of its adsorption capacity to remove unwanted pigments.
In addition, it helps preserve the aromatic intensity of wine and can be used in the pre-clarification of musts.
For use, bentonite must be rehydrated in water before adding it to the product to be clarified.
Instructions for use:
1. Rehydration: The powdered bentonite is dissolved in water and mixed for several hours until a paste is formed.
2. Addition: The paste is added to the container with the liquid to be clarified. It is gently stirred in and left to sit for 24 to 48 hours.
3. Transfer: Finally, the product is carefully transferred to separate it from the resulting sediment.
