Whiskey Alembic 100 liters PROFESSIONAL

Introducing the “Whiskey Alembic 100 liters PROFESSIONAL”, a high-quality product designed for distilling gin, whiskey, or rum.

This alembic is made of 2mm copper sheet, hammered and with bright brass handles and nuts. All joints are welded to ensure durability.

This alembic  has a total capacity of 110 liters, with a useful capacity of 100 liters. The distillation time is approximately 3-4 hours, and its yield is 10-15% of the useful capacity, which is equivalent to 10-15 liters per distillation. These performance data are based on a 10% alcohol ferment.

The alembic comes equipped with several accessories to facilitate its use.

It includes 2 large thermometers 0-120º installed, one on the head to control the temperature of the transit gases, and another on the condenser to control the temperature of the cooler.

It also has a vertical thermometer 0-120º on the boiler to control the temperature of the mash, a manometer on the boiler to control internal pressure, and an alcoholmeter with thermometer to measure the alcohol content of the distillation.

In addition, a support for the alcoholmeter is included to facilitate its use.

To ensure safety, the still has a safety valve on the boiler and brass unions between the boiler and the head to ensure sealing.

It also has a access door on the boiler made of stainless steel, and a discharge tube with valve in stainless steel or 2″ brass to discharge the excess product from the boiler.

The alembic comes with a TT-46 professional gas burner with a power of 20.29 kw, compatible with butane, propane or natural gas, and includes iron supports for the boiler and condenser.
