Bentonite is a natural clarifying and stabilizing agent primarily used to remove proteins and cloudy particles from wine, beer, liquor, cider, oil, vinegar, and other products, thereby improving their clarity and protein stability.   Each sachet contains 9 grams of bentonite for 20-25 liters of product.

Turbo temperature-tolerant yeast suitable for mash, fruit brandy, and alcoholic base.   6 kg of sugar will be fermented to 15% alcohol and 8 kg of sugar to 18% alcohol in a total volume of 25 liters.
